Job opening

Software & Embedded Engineer

Do you want to be part of a journey to transform how some of our most important medicines are developed and produced? Are you passionate about exploring new paths in software development and want to lead the software development for a pioneering sensor system? Do you enjoy delving into intricate code and creating user-friendly interfaces? If so, we invite you to apply for the dynamic position of Software & Embedded Engineer at ArgusEye AB in Linköping, Sweden.

Who are we?

ArgusEye is a Swedish startup providing advanced sensor systems for real-time monitoring of biological processes to improve efficiency and thereby reduce cost.

Why is it imortant?

Today the production of some of our most important medicines is heavily dependent on time-consuming off-site tests which renders the production complex and the medicines expensive. This makes several medicines unavailable and unaffordable for a large population.

At ArgusEye, we aim to meet this challenge by becoming a leading provider of integrated sensor systems that significantly improve efficiency and accuracy in bioprocessing. From a short-term perspective, accelerating process development makes it possible for life saving medicines to reach patients faster and from a long-term perspective we aim to intensify bioprocessing and enable continuous production with the potential to signficantly reduce the costs of life saving medicines.

How do we do it?

Our technology is based on over 15 years of academic research at Linköping University. We use nanoplasmonic sensing combined with fibre optics to provide real-time data during the production of biological medicines. After multiple system sales to some of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies, we are scaling our operations to meet the need.
