Sales Director

As Sales Director at ArgusEye, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that target the rapidly evolving biopharmaceutical industry, aligning with the company’s high ambitions. By building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, you will also generate and develop concrete customer leads. Additionally, as the founder and leader of the sales team, you will play a key role in recruiting and building an international sales team.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities
Develop and implement informed sales and marketing strategies that align with the company’s objectives and goals. Including:
- Collect necessary information and perform analysis on market conditions including market trends and the competitive landscape.
- Formulating strategies that ensure the company reaches its goals.
- Identify and perform actions to realise the strategies.
- Build and develop the sales team.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts to generate leads.
- Work closely with the product development team to ensure that our products meet customer needs and requirements.
Education and experience
- Applicable academic degree.
- Worked 7+ years in the biotech/pharma field with sales to large pharmaceutical players.
- Experience in forming and implementing sales strategies targeting the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in complex sales.
- A capability of understanding complex technology and how to communicate it to different types of stakeholders.
- Ability to build and lead teams.
- Experience with market entry in the US is meriting.
The role reports to CEO and is part of the leadership team.
